RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to see if you are eligible for return or exchange, and to receive shipping address. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. To be eligible for a return the returned products must be in new, perfect condition, with all the original tags attached. Used or damaged items by customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
You’ll need to cover your own return postage costs; we also recommend using a tracked service for high value items, as we can’t accept liability for stray packages.
We aim to process all refunds/exchanges within 10 working days, but during busy times this may take a little longer. However, we will aim to keep you fully informed and will confirm by email once the refund or the exchange has been processed.
